Peel carrots and onions, and chop finely. In a large pan or pan with a thick bottom, heat the oil and fry the onions and carrots. Add the meat, and fry it too. Add the chopped canned tomatoes, Kraftbeer, cover the pan with a lid, and simmer for approx. 30 min. Add chili paste, cream, grated Parmesan, salt, freshly ground pepper to taste, and heat. Turn the heat off. Cook pasta in salt water according to the instructions on the packaging. Serve pasta with sauce, and with cheese and chopped herbs sprinkled over. May be served with Kraftbeer Ginger-Cannabis.
