Even then, beer lovers could properly to evaluate the varieties of beer that produced at the factory, such as Berlin White, Bavarian, Marzen, Imperial, Munich Cabinet and others. In the 19th century, the factory also started manufacture malt extract, which is available to anyone interested and today. Currently, in the 21st century, the factory takes a leading position among Latvian independent brewers, with own trade network not only in Riga, but also in other cities.
From 1940 to 1980, the factory was deservedly considered for the best manufacturing site of dark beer and lemonade in Riga. However, the political and economic situation in 1991 caused serious changes in the economy of the Republic of Latvia which resulted in a complete suspension of the beer production process at the brewery.
ILGEZEEM LTD/SIA was registered in 1995, and in 1997 the brewery was purchased by professionals, people who love their work, who started manufacturing modernization what continues today. With new capacity starts production of non-alcoholic malt beverages, which were brewed and fermented using special technologies. We have successfully mastered the production of naturally fermented kvass.
Over the past 20 years, our products – kvass and malt beverages – have taken a stable place among the most popular beverages in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland and Germany.

<div id='av_section_2'
