Line a cake pan with parchment paper. Heat oven to 180 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add flour, baking powder, and mix everything together. Add beer, freshly squeezed orange juice, grated orange zest, olive oil, butter or coconut oil, and mix thoroughly.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the dough in the cake pan, and bake in the oven for 45-50 min. Use the toothpick to check if the cake is done. Take the cake out of the oven, and let it cool.<\/p>\n<p>Prepare glaze. Pour icing sugar into a bowl and add 5 tbsp. orange juice. Mix until the mass becomes homogeneous. If necessary, add more juice, but it should be added very carefully &#8211; a little too much, and the glaze will flow.<\/p>\n<p>Turn the already cooled cake upside down, and put it on a beautiful plate.<\/p>\n<p>Put the glaze on top of the cake, aligning it slightly with a spatula. Glaze itself will run along the edges, and after 20 minutes it will harden.
