liver<br \/>\n\u2022 3 shallots<br \/>\n\u2022 150 + 30g butter<br \/>\n\u2022 3 cloves of garlic<br \/>\n\u2022 2 tbsp. sherry vinegar<br \/>\n\u2022 salt<br \/>\n\u2022 pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><section  class='av_textblock_section av-av_textblock-0366cc7376be6c9e82a3e9cc8987b64f '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong><b>Preparation<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cut onions into thin rings, squeeze garlic with a flat side of a knife.<\/p>\n<p>Melt 30g of butter in a pan, and fry the onions and garlic in it. Add the liver, and fry it on all sides.<\/p>\n<p>Then add half of the beer and vinegar, and evaporate. Add remaining beer, heat everything.<\/p>\n<p>Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste, heat for another 5 min.<\/p>\n<p>Cool the liver a little, and put it in the blender with the entire liquid, blend together.<\/p>\n<p>Pour still warm mass in a form, cool for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Place in a refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
