Malt drink cocktail with ice cream and chocolate
Preparation: 10 minutes
500ml Tanheiser Kvass
• 1000ml chocolate ice cream
• 100g dark chocolate
• 50g cookies
• 15g butter, various cookies for decor
Break chocolate into smaller pieces, and melt in a water bath with butter. Crush cookies and pour into a plate. Blend kvass together with ice cream. Turn upside down glasses or glass cups, soak in the melted chocolate, and then soak in the crushed cookies – thus creating a decorative edge. Pour the cocktail in the glasses, and add the melted chocolate. Generously decorate with various cookies, chocolate chips, etc.
