Beer dessert with ice cream and pineapple
Ingredients
- 250ml Kraftbeer
- 400g ripe pineapple
- 350g ice cream
Preparation
Cut pineapple into smaller pieces. Blend beer, pineapple and 150g ice cream until the mass is homogeneous. Serve two to three sorbets of ice-cream in glasses, and pour the prepared beverage. Serve right away!
