We are sharing with you our secret recipe of apple marmalade!
The harvest time has come.
Pumpkins, apples, colourful autumn leaves lays on the ground, nature prepares for winter …
But for a good marmalade we need:
* Antonovka apples, 1kg
* Glass of sugar
* Kraftbeer Honey, approximately 50 gr
* Cinnamon stick
Core and chop apples into cubes, add a little bit of Honey Kraftbeer, and let it all simmer for half an hour. When apple pieces have become soft, pour off excess liquid, chop the pieces in blender until the mass become homogeneous.
Add sugar and cinnamon stick to the mass, then simmer for about 30 minutes.
When the excess moisture has evaporated, pour the mass into a baking pan covered with baking paper, and cook in the oven, preheated to 70 degrees.
Check if the marmalade is ready. If you feel that it has thickened, and can be cut into pieces, then it’s ready.
You can also put it in beautiful jars instead of cooking in the oven, and eat the marmalade with spicy cheese and Honey Kraftbeer!
