– Wheat flour – 280 gr
– Whole grain flour – 200 gr
– Sugar – 2 tbs
– Basil (fresh leaves) – 50 g
– BEER IĻĢECIEMA 330 ml
– Salt 1 tsp
– Baking powder – 15 g
Add sugar to the flour.
Chop the basil and add to the flour.
Pour in beer and mix the dough.
Cover the baking dish with butter and put the dough in it to 2/3.
Cover the bread with olive oil.
You can sprinkle over different seeds, such as sesame and pumpkin.
It is a bit heavy, like all yeast-free breads, but very tasty!
