Preparation
Crack eggs into the bowl, add 25g of icing sugar, and beat the eggs until they become lighter. Then heat them in water bath, stirring all the time, until the eggs thicken.
Cool a little bit, and mix with yogurt. Add cocoa powder, 50g powdered sugar, and mix everything together.
Mesh or blend cranberries together with 30g of powdered sugar.
Break cookies in 3-4 parts – it depends on the diameter of the glass. Then soak the cookie in a beer, and place at the bottom of the glass.
Put cranberries and the prepared cream on the top.
Then again put cookies, soaked in beer, cranberries and cream. Make one more layer.
