Tirol’s beer cocktail

Iļģeciema dark beer – 400 ml

Egg yolks – 2 gab

Sugar powder– 1,5 tbs.

Nutmeg

Сognac – 1 tbs.

How to prepare:

Cool beer in advance.

Mix up the yolks with sugar, add cognac and 2-3 tbsp. of beer. Stir well.

Pour in the remaining beer.

Add a pinch of nutmeg to each mug.
