Cut the chicken into portions. Cut the onion and chop the garlic. Fry chopped garlic and onions in oil and butter until transparent. Put in a bowl. In a pan where the onions and garlic were fried, fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. Add onion, garlic, salt, sugar and spices to the fried chicken. Pour in honey beer, add tomato sauce, cover the pan and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Serve chicken hot, sprinkled with fresh herbs.
