Qualitative malt drink (kvass) not only quenches thirst and tastes good, but also serves as an ingredient in other foods. This time we will marinate chicken wings!
1kg chicken wings
1glass of Tanheiser Kvass Porter
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 glass of soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Mix thoroughly mustard, honey, soy sauce and chopped garlic in a bowl. Add chicken wings in this marinade, and pour the kvass over it.
Marinate for 2-3 hours at room temperature, or in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
Grill the wings on a grill pan until browned and cooked through.
Serve with sauce and Iļģuciema Porter kvass.
